JONESBORO, AR – (November 16, 2012) – Super group Rascal Flatts announced today they will extend theirFarmers Insurance Presents “Changed Tour” with a winter leg of 20 dates starting January 10 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Special guest The Band Perry will join Rascal Flatts for the 2013 leg of the tour.
Rascal Flatts is known for their highly energetic performances and state-of-the-art production. The Minneapolis Star shared, “country music’s best-selling trio of all time brought lots of harmonies, a little humor and imaginative video. They came across as committed, fun-loving, crowd-pleasing entertainers.” And the Orange County Register claimed Rascal Flatts performance of “What Hurts The Most” in their encore at the mid-September show at Verizon Amphitheater “definitely helped put the show over the top as the best country performance of the fading summer season.”

The ASU Convocation Center opened in 1987. Located in Jonesboro, the hub of Northeast Arkansas, the Convocation Center serves a tri-state market area of 500,000, including nearly 14,000 university students.

Now known as First National Bank Arena, it has the versatility to host events ranging from small lectures to large conventions to even larger concerts, sporting events and other activities. The center seats 10,252 for concerts (up to 11,209 for concerts in the round) and 10,038 for basketball games. The Convo is uniquely designed so that each of its four entrances share equal prominence. The arena area can accommodate three basketball courts, seven volleyball courts, one tennis court, or a seven-lane 200-meter indoor track with facilities for field events. All courts are regulation size.

First National Bank Arena features frequent academic usage and is also designed to accommodate rodeos, horse shows, truck and tractor pulls, ice shows, circuses, sports shows, trade shows, concerts, and a variety of indoor athletic events.
